  • Scheduling a first appointment is simple. Click any “Contact” button or scroll to the bottom of any page to complete the Contact Us form. Once the message is received, Anna will review it and respond within a few business days to discuss next steps and help find a time that works.

  • The first appointment is a chance for clients to get to know Anna and ensure that therapy feels like a good fit. During this session, she will complete an intake, asking questions to better understand what brings the client to therapy, current symptoms, relevant history, and what they hope to work on. Together, Anna and the client will discuss goals and begin creating a treatment plan that is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to the client’s needs. Clients are encouraged to share at their own pace, with no pressure to have everything figured out immediately.

  • Anna offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. Telehealth appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant, platform and can be a convenient option for many clients. If you plan to use insurance for telehealth sessions, it is helpful to double-check with your insurance provider to confirm that telehealth services are covered under your plan.

  • Anna accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. She also offers private-pay sessions at a rate of $150 per session on weekdays and $200 per session on weekends. Clients planning to use insurance are encouraged to contact their provider to confirm coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs.

  • Anna works with children, adolescents, and adults, beginning at age 3 and continuing through adulthood.
