Our Approach

At the heart of Anna’s work is a compassionate approach that recognizes how early experiences and relationships shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. Anna creates a safe, supportive space where clients of of all ages feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Together, we explore patterns that may no longer serve you, develop practical coping skills, and strengthen connections with yourself and those around you. As a licensed social worker (LICSW), Anna also considers the broader systems, environments, and relationships that influence emotional well-being, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs.

Anna’s Therapeutic Style With Adults:

Anna works with adults using a warm, empathetic, and client-centered approach to therapy. Her work is grounded in a systems perspective, with a strong emphasis on attachment theory and an understanding of how past and present relationships shape emotional well-being. Anna draws from EMDR, CBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based approaches, and somatic work to tailor therapy to each individual. She values collaboration and believes therapy is most effective when goals and pacing are decided together, creating a supportive space that honors clients’ needs, capacity, and readiness for change.
